Blood Orange Apple Cider Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette is refreshing and tasty. It goes great with salads! Ingredients 1 blood orange squeezed 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 3/4 cup olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp fresh chopped mint 1/4 tsp garlic minced salt and pepper to taste Directions Whisk all ingredients and drizzle over salad of choice.
